What is your favourite quote?

What does yoga mean to you?
* Checking in and connecting with my body, mind and breath, observing how I treat myself and how I treat the world around. Inviting love and peace.
What is the focus in your classes?
* In my classes I focus on playful sequences and clear alignment. For me it´s very important that all students practice in a healthy way and that they aren´t overstepping their physical limits. Also you can expect funky tunes and using your own voice whilst chanting mantra.
What is your favourite Asana/yoga exercise?
* Oh hard to say, as there are a few. I love inversions, as they allow me to be fully in the present moment and hip & heart openers as Pigeon Pose, Eka Pada Raja Kapotasana, Reversed Trikonasana and Urdhva Dhanurasana.
What makes you happy?
* Movement, dance, being active, being still, being in great company, sun and very good coffee
