Tend your soil, soul and spirit.
Natalie & Kim from Yoga on the Move are inviting you to our retreat in Italy nestled in the gorgeous countryside of In Sabina, an hour from Rome.
It’s a week to return and reconnect with your fruitful essence, the soil. Our daily practices of yoga, meditation as well as time in nature are there to nourish your heart, the soul and spark your joyous self, the spirit. We will harmonize with the rhythm and honesty of nature, while enjoying refreshing wild river swims and soothing hikes in the surrounding hills. Our daily pointers will teach you the chakra system as a basis for self-understanding and growth. We learn to hold space and acceptance for ourselves and each other, to find rest and comfort with all that is. Honoring and surrendering to the mystery of life.
It's a week of undoing all that which is not needed or helpful anymore, so we can fully see, feel and taste the abundance of our existence.
You can expect a balanced schedule with morning meditation in beautiful scenery, mobilizing and strengthening Vinyasa classes as well as restorative and healing Yin Yoga. We will have practices and pointers about the chakra system, walks in nature, chanting and ceremonial circles together. An Italian chef will take care of our nourishment with vegetarian buffet meals for brunch and dinner as well as a light snack in the early morning and afternoon (vegan or gluten free options are available).

About the team
The retreat is led and guided by Kim & Natalie from Yoga on the Move. The two will guide you step by step into the practices independently of your level of experience.
Kim is an Osteopath, Naturopath, 200hrs+ Yoga Teacher, shamanic student and founder of Homoyo Osteopathy. Her fascination for lifeforce with its healing quality is the motor for her passionate spiritual quest and medical practice. In Yin Yoga she found an approach that integrates Osteopathy and Yoga. Her Yin Classes vary from restorative to challenging, always inviting you to learn the interconnection of the physical, emotional and mental state as also offering tools to create balance in your being. She lives with her dog and partner in Berlin, enjoys dancing and sunny afternoons.
Natalie is a 800hrs+ Yoga Teacher and founder of Nane Yoga. Since her childhood she has been using her body and movement as a tool to understand and balance life in and around her. She has a strong interest in yoga philosophy and psychology, both of which she incorporates into her classes. Natalie is a dedicated teacher but also a curious student and perceives yoga as a way of living. Her classes are vigorous and grounding with a distinct focus on breathing. Her aspiration is to create a welcoming and healing environment for all.
Kim & Natalie are so happy to guide you on this journey.

This was my first retreat and I couldn't have dreamed of a better experience.
I LOVED the location, it was perfect: lots of places to chill, both on your own and in a group. I really enjoyed the schedule; the mornings were very structured which I really loved. It enabled me to really reconnect to myself and to connect with the experience. Remaining silent and taking the time for a looong practice was perfect. I loved the ratio between free time and scheduled activities. I loved the balance between Freddi and Marlene's teachings. Both different but very complementary, creating a very complete experience.
