Coming from a dance and gymnastics background, since a young age, Franziska has been passionate about guiding people into safe and inspiring movement practices, self empowerment and into the dynamic ever-changing dance of Life. 2015 she found a soul fulfilling way doing exactly that - The path of yoga - that she teaches since 2017. Willing to explore and access more deeper gateways to the truth and essence of who we are, she discovered a Breathwork method 2019, PSYCHEDELIC BREATH®, that could bridge (neuro) science and spirituality and open to more feminine flow and emotional freedom.
