Full Moon Retreat: Connect to your Intuition

Let's gather to celebrate the moon's energy and reconnect to our intuitive power! The full moon has a special, vitalizing effect on the human body. It is the best time to reflect, renew and let go.

Freddi & Uta from Yoga on the Move are inviting you to a magical full moon retreat for all your senses including raw cacao, intuitive lunar yoga, mantra chanting and a guided full moon ritual. We will share with you stories and wisdoms of the moon, and help you to reconnect your body and mind deeply to strengthen your inner, intuitive wisdom.

We combine the effects of pure cocoa with the healing effect of chanting mantras and yoga to connect with our hearts and to release what no longer serves us.

We begin the journey to ourselves with a cacao ceremony to move from the head to the heart. The plant of cacao is considered an alternative medicine that can assist us in healing and transformation. The benefits of cacao are many, ranging from a gentle energy boost through theobromine to a stimulator of happiness, pleasure and motivation through serotonin and dopamine production. Cacao is also highly nutritious and contains vitamins, antioxidants, many minerals and healthy fats. For the ceremony we use the pure, organically grown and fair trade cacao "Porcelana" from the finca Don Ramón in Peru by moruga. Its bean core is decidedly light with a decidedly gentle, creamy and hardly bitter character, that is very mildly roasted. After moving our physical body & creating space around our hearts, we will open up our voices with a Mantra Chanting circle, to release blockages that we often hold around the Throat. The Mantra circle, or Kirtan, will be guided by Uta playing her Harmonium. Mantras are sanskrit words or phrases with a positive vibration that has a calming effect on our nervous system and give peace of mind.

FULL MOON IN TAURUS

In November, the full moon is in the zodiac sign of Taurus, which is known for its calm nature and its down-to-earthness. Taurus also knows exactly what he wants and contests life with the necessary self-confidence.

This Full moon is an opportunity to boldly move forward and realize our dreams. It is also a time to set priorities. What should be done before the end of the year? What can be done without? Even new projects for the coming year can already be planned.

Further we can use this special moment in time to release emotional burden and recognize what is good for us and what is dispensable.
