Jil welcomes you to a heart-opening gathering, beginning with a nurturing cacao ritual to honor the sacredness of the plant. Our cacao has been wildcrafted at a Mayan-owned land in Suchitepequez, Guatemala and carries the intention and purity it has been planted with. 

Ceremonial Cacao is the medicine of the heart.

With cacao in our hearts, we will move into a conscious connected breathwork journey to connect more deeply with our inner world. This journey allows you to find your own breath and align your conscious and unconscious mind through the body. Our breath has the ability to support us to root and land deeper within ourselves and empower us to take responsibility for ourselves. It works on our emotional, physical, mental and spiritual levels of being and has the ability to move stuck energy and blockages. Through expanding our awareness we receive more clarity and guidance.

Conscious breathing can aid in:

Releasing energetic blockages and limiting beliefs

Balancing your nervous system

Expanding your consciousness

Experiencing nourishing peace and relaxation

Heightened creativity and awareness

How to prepare:

+ wear something comfortable

+ please don’t eat a heavy meal 2 hrs before the session

+ please don’t consume caffeine on the day of the ceremony

Contraindications:

In the case of the following, this session is not recommended: pregnancy, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, stroke, epilepsy, recent surgery, broken bones and fractures, and some severe mental health disorders. If you are unsure, please get advice from your health professional. By attending you confirm that you are healthy.

Jil is a Hypnosis Coach, ceremonialist and Breathwork facilitator from Berlin. She’s offering spaces of transformation in one-on-one and group settings. Ceremonial cacao has been the core of her offerings and her own experiences throughout the past years.
