About the course
"Everything you need is already inside of you" Start your year with inner clarity and inspiration. This 7-week journey will guide you step by step through your inner world. Start your 7-week journey to the roots of Yoga by studying the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali (SADHANA PADA, Sutra 2.30-2.51) and practice Asana (body postures), Dhyana (meditation) and Pranayama (breath regulation). This Yoga Immersion is for you newly embarking on a yoga journey, as well as for everyone interested to deepen their practice and philosophical understanding of the Yoga Sutras. Whether you are still new to the practice or you would like to immerse yourself in your yoga path, this course is just for you. Marlene and Natalie will guide you through the seven weeks helping you to start the year mindfully and connected, with your body, mind and heart. With the beginning of a new year we usually rush into new goals and lists of things we want to achieve. This collective dynamic creates tension and stress not only in your mind but also in your body. Marlene & Natalie invite you to counteract this dynamic with a conscious 7-week journey to support your start of the new year in the most grounding way. COURSE CONTENT *Weekly Online Vinyasa Class (7x 75 min) *Including weekly Philosophy lectures *Handouts with the theoretical background & the fundamentals of the Yoga Sutras *Pranayama & Meditation *Getting to know your own body in a supportive way The course is guided in English.
